Anita is a certified psychologist with specialist training in crisis management and intervention. Before transitioning to psychology, she spent a decade in multinational companies, holding a range of roles, including leading a small team. Her corporate experience provides valuable insight into the workplace challenges and pressures many of her clients face. Her experiences living, studying, and working abroad have deepened her understanding of human diversity and broadened her perspective, enriching both her personal growth and approach to psychological work. She now works exclusively as a psychologist, primarily in an EAP setting, and is fluent in Hungarian, English, and Swedish. Anita has gained valuable insights from her personal experience with years of psychodynamic therapy, along with participation in various group therapies.
At present, she is engaged in further professional training in couples and family therapy, as well as in group analysis. She practices under supervision, integrating the systemic approach with a trauma-informed perspective, while also drawing on her psychodynamic therapy background and remaining mindful of the social contexts in which psychological challenges arise. Her approach is flexible, allowing her to adapt methods and tools to best support each individual’s unique situation and needs.
She supports adults through individual and couples counseling, in English and Hungarian, helping them navigate a broad range of emotional and relational challenges. She also offers crisis intervention services to organizations.
Anita specializes in helping individuals in crisis, deepen self-knowledge, manage relationship issues, navigate the challenges of (expatriate) life, support career transitions, and cope with anxiety, grief, and loss. Additionally, she provides support to loved ones of individuals living with mental health conditions.
